National Datacast and UpdateLogic are partnering to deliver software updates to digital televisions. National Datacast will provide carriage for UpdateLogic’s data signals across its nationwide data broadcasting network of PBS digital television stations. |

CableLabs and UpdateLogic have a nonexclusive agreement that will allow software updates to be delivered to digital cable devices, including digital television sets. Through the agreement, the cable industry will work with UpdateLogic to enable so-called “in-band” distribution of software updates over cable networks. |
