Connected TVs present an entirely new paradigm for consumer electronics manufacturers and consumers to interact. With the two-way communication path available via the Internet, the netRegister capability provides a very efficient and effective way to request and receive product registration data from the consumer, including demographic and other information as deemed valuable by the manufacturer. netRegister collects the data from a customizable user interface and uploads the data to secure file servers inside the UpdateLogic Network Operations Center for access only by the device manufacturer for research and tracking purposes.
